Hello,
I'm writing to express my concern for eliminating the need for conditional use permits for restaurant
drive-thru construction. Applications should be reviewed by planning staff AND be subject to public
hearings.
I know this slows the construction process but it will provide the means for our community to develop
how the residents would like it to.
