shown in Book 112 of Plats on Pages 16440 through 16442, records of Ada County,
Idaho, located in the NE 1/4 of Section 30, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, Boise
Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows-
Commencing at a Brass Cap monument marking the northwest corner of said NE '/4, from
which a Brass Cap monument marking the northeast corner of said Section 30 bears S
89°51'42" E a distance of 2634.00 feet,
Thence along the northerly boundary of said NE '/4 S 89051'42" E a distance of 1292.00
feet to a point;
Thence leaving said northerly boundary S 0°29'55" W a distance of 70.00 feet to a point
on the southerly right-of-way of E. Chinden Blvd. and the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing along said right-of-way S 0029'55" W a distance of 10.00 feet to a
point;
Thence continuing along said right-of-way S 89°51'42" E a distance of 322.69 feet to a
point on the easterly boundary of said Lot 1, Block 1 of Borough Subdivision;
Thence along said easterly boundary the following described courses-
