authorize and gran-'Jesus Madrigal the authority to represent me(Bae Jong)and my
interest in the matter of City Water and City Sewer Connection application, permit number
H-2025-0038 with the city of Meridian ID.
The representation duration will terminate once the Permit has been approved and
Meridian City Water and Sewer connection has been completed and said permit has been
closed and in completed status with the City of Meridian.
