Linder Road midway between W.Victory Road and W.Amity Road Project Description 36 Residential Lots and 11 Common Lots Applicant LC Development The Idaho Transportation Department(ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s)and has the following comments: 1. Prior to ITD's approval on the final plat exceeding 291 units,and pursuant to ACHD's Conditions of Approval dated May 6, 2016,the applicant shall complete the following: a. Signalize the Harris Street/SH-69 intersection.The applicant can make the Harris Street connection at any time (prior to final platting 291 lots), but the Harris Street/SH-69 intersection will need to be signalized when the connection occurs. i. The applicant will need to obtain an ITD permit and plan approval for the installation of the signal. ii. The Department strongly encourages the applicant to reach out and begin discussions for the above- referenced signal.The signal will need to be a coordinated effort with the applicant, ITD and ACHD. 1.
