Dear Planning and Zoning Committee,
I am a resident of the Pinnacle Community and I do not agree with the proposal to rezone
Apex Cadence to R-15. We do not need high density housing out here. Homes are staying
on the market longer, the boom is slowing. We moved out here to be further from high
density city populations to enjoy the quiet lifestyle. We need bigger walking paths, yards,
and open spaces, not condensed housing with more traffic, crime, and noise.
Please deny the request to rezone to R-15.
