Before we can comment concerning individual sewage disposal, we will require more data concerning the depth of:
o high seasonal ground water 0 waste flow characteristics
o bedrock from original grade 0 other
This office may require a study to assess the impact of nutrients and pathogens to receiving ground waters and/or
surface waters.
07. This project shall be reviewed by the Idaho Department of Water Resources concerning well construction and
water availability.

Central District Health Department has reviewed and does approve the final plat for this
subdivision for central water and central sewer facilities. Final approval was given January 4,
2008.
Sanitary restrictions as required by Idaho Code, Title 50, Chapter 13 have been satisfied
according to this letter to be read on file with the County Recorder or his agent listing the
conditions of approval. Sanitary restrictions may be re -imposed in accordance with Section
50-1326, Idaho Code, by the issuance of a certificate of disapproval.
