PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,
October 14, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear
the following request(s):
H-2024-0059 Latitude Forty Three Subdivision: Annexation of 17.27 acres of land with R-8 (13.78 acres),
R-15 (2.42 acres) and C-N (1.07 acres) zoning districts and a Preliminary Plat to re-subdivide Lots 7, 21
and 22, Magic View Subdivision, Amended into 79 residential lots, 1 commercial lot and 11
common/other lots on 15.97 acres of land in the R-8, R-15 and C-N zoning districts, located at 675, 715
and 955 S. Wells St. Applicant: Rodney Evans + Partners, LLC.
SHP-2025-0004 Modena Plaza Subdivision: Short Plat to subdivide an existing commercial lot in four (4)
separate lots on approximately 1.59 acres of land in the L-O zoning district, located at 3147 Belltower Dr.
Applicant: Jordan Moorhouse
H-2025-0013 Solara Estates Subdivision: Annexation of approximately 15 acres across three (3) parcels
of land from Ada County into the City of Meridian with requested zoning of R-8 and R-2 from RUT which
includes parcel numbers S1132223130, S1132223210 and S1132223320, a Preliminary Plat consisting of
14 single-family lots, including one existing home site to remain and five (5) common lots for a total of
19 lots on 9.72 acres of land (parcels S1132223210 and S113223320) and an Alternative Compliance to
reduce the landscape buffer along the street adjacent to Lot 11, Block 1 by 50%, located at 1695 E. Amity
Rd., and 4940 and 5060 S. Locust Grove Rd. Applicant: Jadon Schneider, Bronze Bow Land
H-2025-0044 Century Farm Master Association Gravity Irrigation Easement: A Vacation to vacate the
twenty (20) foot gravity irrigation easement and replace it with a new easement that will be rededicated
through a new instrument number. The new easement is proposed to be ten (10) feet n width, the same
as the public utility, irrigation and drainage easement, located at 4884 S. Tavistock Ave. Applicant:
Brighton Corporation
