The Applicant's representative, Sabrina Whitehead, has requested the hearing for the Moose Creek
Subdivision application be continued. Therefore, the Meridian Placuiuig Department is requesting
said project be continued for the next available Plaruting & Zoning Conuxtission hearing date of
June 7, 2007.

On behalf of my Clients Moose Creek Construction, please accept this letter to table our Preliminary Plat
hearing date from April 12, 2007, to a date certain, with the City of Meridian's Planning and Zoning
Commission.
We are requesting this due to the fact that we are coordinating with our neighbor to the south, to vacate a
private road easement..
