BEGINNING at a brass cap monument marking the Southwest corner of said SE1/4; Thence, North 00038'11" East a distance of 30.00 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar marking the Southeast corner of Fulfer Subdivision No. 3 as recorded in the official records of Ada County in Plat Book 92 at Page 10888; Thence, continuing, North 00'38'11" East a distance of 320.00 feet along the East line of said Fulfer Subdivision No. 3 to a 5/8-inch rebar marking the Southwest corner of Fulfer Subdivision No. 4 as recorded in the official records of Ada County in Plat Book 92 at Page 10985; Thence, leaving said East line and along the boundary of said Fulfer Subdivision No. 4 the following 3 courses, South 89022'14" East a distance of 269.96 feet; Thence, North 80°37'46" East a distance of 436.44 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar; Thence, South 00°32'14" West a distance of 215.81 feet to a 1/2-inch rebar; Thence, leaving said Fulfer Subdivision No. 4 boundary and continuing, South 00°32'14" West a distance of 178.68 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar on the North right-of-way line of W.
