am reaching out to you since Nick Napoli is currently out of the office.This is in regards to our pending application
at the above referenced address for the CPMA, RZ, CUP and DA Modification for the proposed commercial condo
and storage condo project.The CUP checklist includes the Public School Checklist but I do not believe that it is
required for this application.The checklist says I must have my planners authorization to not submit it. Can you
confirm that this checklist is NOT required for this application.
