A Community-Driven Personal Training Facility
Overview:
A2Z fitness is a modern, personal training-focused fitness facility designed to serve the
Local community with a strong emphasis on youth athletic development, we have worked
with high school sports teams to train and offer individualized coaching, with round-the-
clock access. This gym is not a high-volume commercial space—it's a purpose-driven
environment aimed at building strength, confidence, and lifelong fitness habits for
individuals and athletic teams alike.
Mission:
To provide a safe, structured, and professional training space that supports the
development of high school athletes, empowers adults to train effectively, and offers
flexible access for residents with busy lives—all within a clean, welcoming environment.
Key Components of the Facility:
1. Personal Training-Focused Model:
Our gyms primarily focus is on a coaching-based model. Equipted with 2 certified
personal trainers who deliver structured, goal-oriented programs—ensuring a high level of
supervision, safety, and results.
2. High School Sports Team Training:
We are proud to work closely with local high schools and youth sports programs to
provide sport-specific strength and conditioning. Our facility will offer team training blocks
designed to support injury prevention, performance enhancement, and character
development.
3. 24/7 Access for Members:
To accommodate the needs of working adults, student-athletes, and shift workers, A2Z
seeks approval to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This access will be secure and
controlled, available only to members via a digital key system, with surveillance and
access logs to ensure safety and accountability.
4. Community-Focused, Low Traffic Model:
Unlike large commercial gyms, we plan to cap our memberships, which naturally limits
daily foot traffic and noise. We are not a drop-in fitness center; our clientele is pre-
scheduled and supervised. The gym will not host public events or large gatherings.
5. Safety and Security:
The building will feature a modern access control system, internal and external security
cameras, and 24/7 monitoring. Team training sessions and personal training hours will
occur primarily during afternoons and evenings,with off-hours usage limited to adult
members accessing the facility individually or in very small numbers.
