HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC - Relinquishment Letter 4o, BRIGHTON August 4, 2025 Community Development Services Meridian City Hall FULL RELEASE OF EASEMENT TYPE OF EASEMENT BEING RELEASED: GRAVITY IRRIGATION EASEMENT GRANTOR: WATSON LAND HOLDINGS LLC INCLUDING SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS WHEREAS, by easement dated December 1, 2022 and created from the plat of Hill's Century Farm Commercial Subdivision No. 2, recorded in book 124 of Plats at pages 19913 through 19915, in the official records of Ada County, State of Idaho,that certain gravity irrigation easement depicted on the above-referenced plat was granted to the City of Meridian, an Idaho Municipal Corporation, by WATSON LAND HOLDINGS LLC, over and across the real property legally described therein. WHEREAS,the continuance of this gravity irrigation easement is no longer necessary or desirable. NOW,THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises,WATSON LAND HOLDINGS LLC does hereby vacate, relinquish, release and abandon the said rights and easements hereinabove referred to and described, with the intent that the same shall forthwith cease and be extinguished. IN WITNESS WHEREOF,WATSON LAND HOLDINGS LLC has caused these presents to be executed by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized this VIA day of August, 2025.
