RE: Full Release of Gravity Irrigation Easement
Dear Mr. Hood:
Enclosed is a vacation of easement request for the Gravity Irrigation easement created by the plat Hill's
Century Farm Commercial Subdivision No. 2. In review of this easement, several errors were discovered
as follows:
1. The easement is dedicated to Century Farm Master Association, an entity that does not exist.
a. The easement should have been dedicated to Hills Century Farm North Owners
Association.
2. The easement was drawn with a width larger than needed to maintain and replace the facility.
a. The intention was to have this gravity irrigation easement to be the same width as the
utility easement, 10'.
3. A portion of the facility in the Northwest corner near Amity is not covered by the easement.
a. The legal description for the new easement provides the necessary coverage for the
portion that was missing on the current recorded Hill's Century Farm Commercial
Subdivision No. 2 plat.
With the full release of the current easement,we will simultaneously record a new gravity irrigation
easement to correct these errors.
If you or your staff have questions, or require additional information, please let me know for an
expedited response.
