The Planning Department is requesting that the Annexation & Zoning (AZ-07-002) and Rezone
(RZ~07-003) applications for Hartz Music Shop, that are scheduled for the March 1,2007 Planning &
Zoning Commission meeting, be continued until March 15, 2007 due to the property not being
posted within the time period required prior to the public hearing.
