We own the property adjacent to 35 E Ada and we are in full sUDJJortof the proposed building_ We have inspected the plot plan and understand and appreciate the challenges faced in regards to building around the underground irrigation ditch. We have no objection to either the building set back or the reduction in size of the parking pad.
