Good morning Sonya, I wanted to let you know that my husband and I attended the
neighborhood meeting last night with Breckon. They presented a new plat design to us which raises
concerns to me. They (Breckon) have renumbered all of the lots so now my previous
comments/concerns do not refer to the current lots. According to this new plat (see picture below), the
pump now sits on lot 1 and the common drive is lot 5. When we asked John (the Breckon representative
at the meeting) why the plots were renumbered, he at first stated they were the same. When shown a
picture of the plat that was presented to the P&Z meeting on 8/21/25, he acknowledged that they were
numbered differently and did not know why the numbers were changed.
Also, another concern was that he had not read any of the public comments that are part of the record,
nor did he know about the issues with Section 8 or that they submitted that these 3 houses would have
access to the Cherry Blossom Place amenities.
We did find out that the "Independent" pump evaluation has not been completed yet.
I would like this to be part of the public record so that it is noted that the lot numbers were changed and
that the requirements set by the P&Z meeting have not been met yet.
