To whom it may concern:
This is just a few moments of a video that was taken on a typical weekend in the Costco parking lot. As
you can see from the video, the traffic is very heavy. One can see the concerns that we have of the effect
that’ll have on our neighborhood. We are residence of Bainbridge. Please consider the increase in traffic
that this will cause if the In-N-Out goes in on this corner.
