Subject:In and out near 10 mile and chinden application

We oppose the placement of an in and out restaurant at this site. The access road from lost rapids to
Costco runs right by a large apartment complex. This road is the best way to turn left out of costco area
onto 10 mile or chinden, and is heavily trafficked. The increase in traffic generated by in and out would
likely cause issues. Other sites in the area would make much better locations such as:
North side of costco near chinden
Orchard park development near winco
10 mile near the freeway.
