and RELEASE OF WARRANTY SURETY

The Development Known As: Outer Banks Subdivision-Cobalt Drive Utility Crossing
Between
10 MILE FRANKLIN, LLC
And
CITY OF MERIDIAN
The Development Surety Agreement, recorded as Instrument#2022-092071, entered by and between
the City of Meridian("City"), a Municipal Corporation, and 10 Mile Franklin,LLC, ("Developer"),
has been satisfied in accordance with the City's requirements.
Attached hereto is the City Engineer's letter confirming completion of all the required Public
Improvements set forth in the Agreement and the City's consent to release of the warranty surety.
