Subject:Deny In N Out’s appeal for a permit to build off Ten Mile
External Sender - Please use caution with links or attachments.
To Whom It May Concern,
I am a concerned resident of the Bainbridge community. In N Out was denied permits to
build by the Zoning committee, and for good reason. I want to implore the City Counsel to
defend this denial.
My family and I use the first entrance off of Lost Rapids and Ten Mile, next to Costco, to get
home every day. I am in opposition of building an In N Out at the Ten Mile lot because of first
hand experience of the traffic in that area.
In N Out conducted a traffic analysis. In that analysis, it stated that the intersection operates
“within acceptable levels of service “E”. I do not agree that it is acceptable enough to add
In N Out traffic.
I am disappointed that In N Out would continue to appeal the decision of a committee
whose job it is to understand the area for zoning. The traffic analysis shows Lost Rapids/Ten
Mile is not an intersection that could handle In N Out’s popularity!
I beseech you to deny In N Out the building permit for this location in the name of
compassion for the good of the many residence and Meridian Costco shoppers.
I love In N Out, but not enough to deal with the traffic!
Thanks,
Roisin O’Neill
