Hi Nick, I am just wanting to check in with you. I am sure as you can imagine the subdivision weighs heavily on my family’s mind. I just wanted to make sure we are reaching out and trying to ensure all residents (current and future) of our street have equal access to privacy, air and sunlight as this new subdivision plans get made. Our hope is that we can have a normal sized fence like everyone else in the neighborhood and be able to sit down at a picnic table or simply play with our kids and not have to been worried about being seen from multiple families on our south side (the one side of ours that borders this development). We should be able to walk out the door that faces the development, walk to my detached garage and not have to be seen by multiple neighbors. Especially since the detached garage is deep within our property. unfortunately our house was built in 1909 and we did look at trying to move the house but it’s just not possible. our plot is rectangular making our north and south sides our long sides. the windows you see that face the south are our main living quarters. Living room, kitchen, and playroom (formal dining). the bedrooms are on the north side of the house. Those main living quarters is where we catch the sun and warm most of our house. Plus that’s where most of our time is spent. Making this part of the house extremely important to protect our privacy, light and air. Thank you for hearing our concerns. Thank you for helping not only our family, but those families whose houses are not built. They deserve to play in their yards or go to whatever rooms in their house that borders our house and not have to worry about us only having their windows to look into. Thank you from our little family, Stephanie John Bob Flaten Evelyn Flaten (10) 1 Amelia (Mia) Flaten (8) Aubrey Flaten (3) 2
