Excepting therefrom:
A parcel of land conveyed to Ada County Highway District by Warranty Deed recorded December 16, 2019 as
Instrument No. 2019-126405, records of Ada County, Idaho, located in the Northwest quarter of Section 35,
Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, and being a part of Lot 3 of Block 6 of Bridgetower Crossing
Subdivision No. 2, as shown in Book 86 of Plats at Page 9641 in the office of the recorder,Ada County, Idaho,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a brass cap monument marking the Southwesterly corner of said Northwest quarter, from which
an aluminum cap monument marking the Northwesterly corner of said Northwest quarter bears North 0°52'50"
East a distance of 2631.06 feet;thence North 0052'50" East along the Westerly boundary of said Northwest
quarter a distance of 416.46 feet to a point; thence leaving said Westerly boundary
