Dear Mayor Simison and City Council Members,
I am writing to express my strong SUPPORT for granting In-N-Out Burger a conditional use permit at the upcoming
hearing on September 9, 2025.
In-N-Out has already agreed to change their operating hours. (The only store in their entire company to have different
hours)
This will be a close palace for the younger people to work, who live in close proximity to this proposed location. In-N-Out
pays better than the industry average, which is great!!
I respectfully urge the City Council to approve this permit without further delay. Thank you for your consideration
and continued commitment to balanced growth in our city.
