We are in agreement with the conditions. The one regarding direct access to Black Cat (2.i.) will be changed on the
plat, as there is a right in/right out that will remain. I think the note was supposed to only restrict direct access to
Chinden. Let me know if you need anything additional from me.

Is your client in agreement with the sta? report conditions?
The only comments we’ve received from agencies is from DEQ & Public Works.

After review, it appears that the conditions of approval are minor and would be easy to agree to for the project. I’ll
wait for the developer to get back to me early next week with any questions before confirming that.
I don’t see that there are any public comments on the weblink site, so if you have any correspondence from public
or agencies, please let me know.

item is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on September 4, 2025. The public hearing will be held at
City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. You may a?end in person or virtually via Zoom – the
link/phone number to join the mee?ng is located at the top of the mee?ng agenda. Please call or e-mail with
any ques?ons.
Please submit any wri?en response you may have to the staff report to the City Clerk’s office
(comment@meridiancity.org) and me as soon as possible. If you have a presenta?on you’d like to present
at the public hearing, please send it to the City Clerk’s office no later than 12:00 pm the day of the hearing.
