I didn't think that would be possible because I was born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas. I am also making this a voice mail because I wanted you to hear my voice. 1 had an enclosed head injury when I was 21 and pulled respirator tubes from my throat while in a coma. After five surgeries and months of therapy this is how I sound. So it is hard to hear me in a crowd. Noisy restuants are a challenge. Not to mention the noise that comes with some restaurants. So the noise that accompanies construction sites would have me a nervous wreck. My apartment is along the side of the green space between Touchmark and St. Lukes. I am not looking forward to the noise of construction. Also, what will this do to the parking and the traffic? Migraines have haunted me for forty-seven years. I have been under the care of neurologist in Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving Texas, and now Meridian Idaho taking medication. When 1 have one of my headaches that last for days and my whole personality changes, the headaches make it hard for me to even leave my apartment. Security issues will hopefully be address. The closer the general public is allowed to build close to Touchmark, the more I will worry about my safety. When my family began to look into Touchmark for me to live, nothing was mentioned about a project of this magnitude. It was bad enough living in the Dallas-Fort Worth areas, a place that I was some what familiar with, to deal with construction both road and building. If I had thought this project would be so soon, I might have waited before moving here. But I'm here and there is no going back. I haven't had time to get familiar with the area and where things are. pray that you take into consideration all the things that have been brought up and make your decision accordingly.
