Narrative:
Proposed is a 2 Acre Mixed-Use development. The Future Land Use Designation pursuant
to the Meridian City Comprehensive plan is Mixed Use Community. The zoning request is
for R-15. Additionally required is a conditional use request for 8,000 Square Feet
Commercial building with 4 Vertically Integrated Residential Units. Alos, an additional
conditional use request for 19 Multi-Family Residential Units.
The project is along Overland frontage, with a recently approved restaurant commercial
use adjacent to the East. The Silverstone Corporate Center borders the site to the South,
and Eagle View Landing is North along 1-84. The project will provide a mix of commercial
and housing opportunities which match the Mixed use community plan.
