Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on
Thursday,September 18,2025 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City
Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the
following request(s):
H-2025-0020 Lofty Creek Park(Live/Work):Rezone of 6.34
acres of land from the L-O zoning to the C-C and C-G zoning
districts,a Short Plat to subdivide the property into two lots to
allow for the phasing on the development and a Development
Agreement Modification to remove, multi-family, as an allowed
use and allow for live-work residential units,offices and hotels
on the property,generally located at the NW Corner of S.Eagle
Rd.and 1-84.Applicant:The Corners Office Design
