Thank you for your email. If an emergency access exhibit was provided with the previously approved
final plat I don't see the need for you to provide another based on the limited change you describe
below. Please include this email with your submittal so the Permit Tech prescreening your submittal
won't reject your application. If you have any other questions about your submittal please feel free to
contact me directly.

Good morning,
am going to be submitting a final plat modification in the near future and on the checklist,there
is a possible requirement for an "emergency access exhibit",will this document be required for
the modification?The only changes being proposed is a modification to the boundary
descriptions because of ROW dedication that altered the boundaries.
