In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11-5A-6, I
personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted on August 29. 2025 ,
which is at least ten(10)days prior to the scheduled public hearing for September 9, 2025

I have submitted a map depicting the location(s) of the sign(s) and photograph(s) of the posting to
