I am against this location for several reasons. One being potentially noisy for the apartment
people with decks facing the In-N-Out until late night. Even if closed, the kids still sit and
socialize. I know this first had from my teenage granddaughter that frequents the Eagle
Road location.
Secondly is limited parking. The adjoining businesses will fight to keep their parking spots. The
LDS lot will require putting in a gate.
Thirdly, there will be significant increase in traffic on Lost Rapids.
Fourthly, there is already heavy traffic at the turn lane and entries to Costco which will be
even worse.
None of us are against the In-N-Out chain but not at this location. There has to be a better
spot further from a residential area.
