Subject:In-N-Out Ten Mile and Lost Rapids location

I am writing to express my issues with putting an In-N-Out at this location. Proximity to
residential will cause traffic and noise late at night. Costco draws a lot of customers thus
increasing congestion in the area. Other businesses next to it will have limited access with
overflow parking from In-N-Out. I think a location away from residential is a better idea.
