Meridian City Council:
We are writing this email to express concerns and our opposition to the proposed In & Out location at
Lost Rapids and Ten Mile in Meridian. We understand there is another hearing scheduled for Tuesday,
Sept. 9.
We are a resident of the Bainbridge subdivision. To be clear, we do not oppose the In & Out business
itself, rather, we oppose their proposed location.
Having observed the heavy traffic issues from the location at The Village, would suggest similar traffic
flow requirements for this proposed location. This is where the problem exists. This proposed corner
location does not provide the adequate traffic flow capacity. Traffic is already congested at this corner
due to Costco and other businesses. With the addition of In & Out, this would increase traffic beyond
capacity. Thus, this corner does not support the addition of a popular business like this. Please
consider a different location where adequate space and traffic flow would be accommodated.
We are also concerned with the late daily hours proposed of the business, right next to our
neighborhood. This would be noisy and distracting to our normal neighborhood hours.
