Mayor and Council members,
Please do not take any action on the agenda item H—2025-0012 but rather return the item to your
Planning and Zoning Commission for additional review.
The green space at Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is very important to the over 450 residents living
on this campus.
I am personally opposed to the plan to build 24 villas on existing golf course as the additional number of
residents will put our services on overload.
