Caleb Hood, Deputy Director Community Development Services Meridian City Hall RE: Pollard North Phase 1 – Final Plat Dear Mr. Hood: Enclosed is the Final Plat application for Pollard North Phase 1. This is the first phase of two (2) for the Pollard North Subdivision. Pollard North Phase 1 encompasses sixty-two (62) home sites, eleven (11) common lots, three (3) other lots (common drives and alleys). This phase has both R-8 and R-15 zones, totaling approximately 9.314 acres. Statement of Conformance This final plat application is in full conformance with the uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat and meets the requirements and conditions of approval. This plat is in conformance with the UDC, acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices, and local standards.
