To Whom It May Concern:
Please accept this letter as certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed streets within Pollard
North Subdivision No. 1 are designed a minimum of three (3) feet above the seasonal high ground water
elevation. The geotechnical engineering report, "Pollard Lane Realignment", prepared by Materials Testing &
Inspection and dated August 31, 2016, was used to determine the approximate groundwater elevations relative
to the street centerline elevations.
