I am a resident of Touchmark and am very concerned about the rezoning plans to build villas on our green space which is
the golf course. It is not only a golf course but is a very serene green area with a walking path around it that I would
venture to say 80% of our residents use. Many recent studies are showing that green space is important for mental
health. As seniors this is an important aspect of our lives because we have many tragedies. Many of us have lost our
spouses, and as we age we see our friends going before us. My hope is that you will take the needs of us seniors into
considera?on. There is no place on this campus to take the place of our beau?ful green space. Sincerely Lynn Nunn Sent
