Subject: Touchmark Application - H2025-0012
I am writing to encourage a NO vote on the above subject agenda item. I strongly
recommend the City refer the requested action, back to the City Planning and Zoning
Committee. At this time, there is no consensus agreement between the developer, the
majority of the Touchmark residents, as well as this taxpaying, contiguous neighbor.
The unsatisfactorily considered detail elements include, but are not limited to: a) Green
space, b) Security, and c) Impact on existing services and facilities.
