I would like to make a request regarding our land designation. Our property is located at 3575 E. Lake
Hazel Rd. Meridian. The entrance to our property on Lake Hazel is located approximately 1/3 mile East
of Eagle Road and sits south of this read. We have 26 aoras; 16 acres lie on the bottom near the road
and 10 acres are IOc8ted on higher ground aIang a rim. The land Is now designated as low density.
Our goal is to have loW density, high vel.. homes on rim where we will live. On the bat1cm portion or
our property we INOUld like to have medium density housing on smaller lots. Uke an R8 designation.
Boise has medil.m density housing down the 1'OBd. Both Rock Hampton subdivision and the golf course
subdivision further east r:A us are medium density and we believe a meclium density lower portion of our
land would fit In nice within this area. I agree with the upper portion d our land along the rim being I(tN
density. but fest mediwn density on bottom WDUId be best.
There are plans to make Lake Hazel a 6 lane road. We bel. meclum denaity to be good use of this
land off this busy thoroughfare. I hope you will consider our proposal to designate the lower portion of
