I left a voicemail, but in case you don’t hear that and see this instead:
I contacted Doug to get some answers relative to questions submitted from some Cherry Blossom Place
neighbors. He stated that Cherry Blossom East will NOT be a part of the Cherry Blossom Place HOA, and thus not
have access to their amenities. They will, however, have access to the Cherry Blossom Place PI system and will
pay accordingly. Additionally, the Cherry Blossom East residents will be responsible for maintenance of the
common driveway.
