We, Joe & Sharon Po?er, are a few days from celebra?ng 18 years of living at Meadow Lake
Village. TOUCHMARK management has provided quality living with outstanding personnel.
Servers at the Lodge are gracious, Maintenance is very prompt with household issues and the
Grounds workers are awesome!!! The beauty of a mature GREENSPACE, PONDS & GOLF
COURSE is therapeu?c and cherished by many residents. NOW, Touchmark is seeking approval
for possible changes, some of which would have a drama?cally damaging effect on our
surroundings.
The a?ached two pages of photos relate to a possibility of elimina?ng Greenspace.

A smooth surface pathway surrounds this greenspace with no curbs or driveway to navigate. It
is no surprise we have so many walkers.
A construc?on site in the referenced area is surrounded by co?ages, Sun Valley and Targhee
Lodges. Many of these residents drive for personal needs. This is already a high traffic area.
Employees & vendors come and go too.
TOUCHMARK has a census of 500 plus with an average age of 85 years. (These numbers
confirmed 8-20-25 by Execu?ve Director) Residents in the Co?ages, Villas, Targhee & Sun Valley
enjoy Independent Living. The Meadows and Elkorn provide Assisted Living. Memory Care is
available in the Owyhee. Any MAJOR construc?on east of Clocktower and Pu?er Lane is
disrup?ve to all residents. Frequently needed Emergency Vehicles need to enter & exit
promptly when called. Residents also need uninterrupted two-way access 24/7. Future
construc?on should never be cause for delay of emergency services or resident’s access to
Meadow Lake Village.
