I live in Cadence Brighton next to Lost Rapids Dr.
I have the following 3 negatives about the proposed In and Out location:
1. Increased traffic
2. Increased noise from cars idling to order/get their food
3. Increased pollution from cars idling to order/get their food
Even if all of the waiting cars can fit on their lot, how long will it take an idling car, perhaps playing loud music, at the
end of the line to get their food and leave? I haven't heard In and Out talk about that. They should know long it takes
to fulfill an order.
