Meridian for a Pedestrian Bridge across the Fivemile Creek in conjunction with the

litigated and 74-206(1)(d): To consider records that are exempt from disclosure as provided
in chapter 1, title 74, Idaho Code.
Motion to enter executive session made by Councilman Cavener, Seconded by Councilwoman
Strader.
