Dear Council Members,
We are opposed to the proposed expansion of our HOA for the following reasons:

1) These three lots will have no physical connec?on to our community. They are accessible via NW 4
Street and Camellia Avenue which do not connect directly to the current community which is accessed
th
via Cherry Lane and W 7 St.
th
2) The plan as described will require a lengthy driveway from NW 4 Street that would increase the
HOA’s responsibility for repaving by 80%.
3) The plan would delay the current residents from taking over the management of our HOA which has
been unsa?sfactory.
We urge you not to allow this proposal to move forward.
