PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on
Thursday,September 04,2025 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City
Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the
following request(s):
H-2025-0036 Fairbourne Subdivision No. 4: Combined
Preliminary/Final Plat, generally located at the northwest cor-
ner of W.Chinden Blvd.and N.Black Cat Rd.,at 4837 W.Wa-
verton Dr.Applicant:Rodney Evans+Partners, LLC.
H-2025-0013 Solara Estates Subdivision: Annexation of
approximately 15 acres across three (3) parcels of land from
Ada County into the City of Meridian with requested zoning
of R-8 and R-2 from RUT which includes parcel numbers
S1132223130, S1132223210 and S1132223320, a Prelim-
inary Plat consisting of 14 single-family lots, including one
existing home site to remain and five (5) common lots for a
total of 19 lots on 9.72 acres of land (parcels S1132223210
and S113223320)and an Alternative Compliance to reduce the
landscape buffer along the street adjacent to Lot 11,Block 1 by
50%, located at 1695 E.Amity Rd.,and 4940 and 5060 S.Lo-
