Linda/Bill, I discussed with our client, Dan Johnson, and this does not change our course. Please withdraw the current application and we will resubmit. Per our discussion, I will resubmit for a Pre-App meeting, but we will not need to hold, correct? We will be required to hold an additional neighborhood meeting and can resubmit the preliminary plat application directly after. Apologies again for the late change in direction, but the details from ITD were substantially more than first thought. The application has been rerouted with the last modification and a continuance was requested. The process does not allow such major modifications to a document once the review has been completed or notification has taken place. Let me know if you have any questions. Good morning Linda, ITD met with us and our client Friday regarding the changing of access points for Shafer View Ridge Subdivision on Meridian Rd. After going through the details and reevaluating the time and costs associated, our client would like to pivot back to leaving the existing access at E Shafer View Dr. This will require some other changes as a result. I wanted to give you a heads-up as quickly as possible in case you hadn’t circulated the previous changes. We’ll get the updates into you early this week.
