Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns! I am copying the City Clerk on this response so
that your thoughts can be included as part of the public record and available for the other members of
the City Council.
As you may know, due to a noticing error by the applicant, the City Council was not able to take up the
appeal on this application last night. The hearing was continued until September 9.

Councilman Whitlock,
I am writing this email as a concerned constituent of District 1. I oppose the proposed location for the In-N-Out on
Ten Mile Rd and Lost Rapids Dr. The area is already greatly impacted by traffic, it is in close proximity to housing
and I foresee it causing disturbances to neighboring businesses. I believe there are other north Meridian locations
that would be better suited. I am a fan of In-N-Out and support their decision for another restaurant, but I believe
this location will cause more harm than good.
