I am a fan of In and Out but don’t want one in my overcrowded neighborhood.There is already more traffic
than we can handle at that intersection. The traffic left off of Ten Mile is already dangerous turning in and
out of that Costco. I would imagine that the apartment complex would
have a very low quality of life based on the noise and traffic.
