HomeMy WebLinkAboutMatt Schultz Response to Recommendations Page 1 of2 Sharon Smith From: Matthew Schultz [schultzdevelopment@yahoo.com] Sent: Thursday, March 29, 2007 10:25 PM To: Amanda Hess Cc: Tara Green; Sharon Smith Subject: Re: Baraya Subdivision Recommendations for 4/3/2007 CC Meeting Amanda, I have finished my review of the staff report for the hearing on Tuesday night and have a few minor comments relating to Exhibit B: Condition 1.1.7 - Should be 334 lots instead of315 lots? Condition 1.1.12 - The Black Cat landscaping and sidewalk should be a condition of the school construction and/or the collector road connection on that parcel. Franklin Road landscaping and sidewalks will be constructed within the final plat boundaries of each phase touching Franklin prior to any occupancy. I am concerned the condition could be intetpreted that Black Cat frontage improvements are required with development 1/2 miles to the east with our first phase along Franklin. Condition 3.1.1 - See Letter to Fire Department dated March 16, 2007 clarifying the location, type, and width of the regional pathway located along the Purdham Drain, not the pathway along the south boundary as described in this condition. Condition 4.1 - See Letter to Police Department dated February 28,2007 regarding revisions to the landscape plan and stop signage to address the concerns of this condition. Everything else looks agreeable to me...we appreciate your time and cooperation. Thanks Amanda Hess <hessa@meridiancity.org> wrote: Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendations for the proposed Baraya Subdivision (AZ-06-061, PP-06-062).
