An ordinance of the City of Meridian repealing Chapter 4, Title 5, of the Meridian City Code relating to fireworks, providing for a new Chapter 4, Title 5, to be known as the Meridian Fireworks ordinance, providing for a short title, definition, sales, storage, possession, and/or discharge of fireworks, inspection by the fire chief, permits for retail sales of non-aerial common fireworks, retail sales of non-aerial common fireworks, storage of non-aerial common fireworks, general provisions, liability of parents or guardians, violation and penalties, permits for public fireworks displays and public fireworks displays.
