Dear Commissioners:
We recently learned about this development when we saw the posted signs as we were cleaning
out the irrigation ditches in preparation for the water season. The open ditches on this property
provide water to our property on Ustick Road, as well as to our neighbors. We just wanted to
make sure that the Council and the developers of this subdivision know that this is indeed a
working ditch, and they must check with Nampa & Meridian Inigation and Settlers Irrigation
Districts as to the water schedule to coordinate plans to tile this ditch as the neighborhood
develops.
